· Talk to art teacher and have students create mural to put up
· Display with musical instruments
· Reproduction of art works
· Art or photography contest
· Poetry – have staff pick favorite poems and mount them around the library
· Art show at end of program
· Musical notes cut outs on windows
· Paint box – shape given
· Die cut – paint box that each week they would get a shape to add to their paint box
· Painted tiles – can be mounted for display
· Big paint brushes – cardboard tubes and brooms
· Art gallery created by children
· Cut outs for bulletin board for kids names – beret, paint box, musical note, camera
· Hollywood star floor walk with famous authors/illustrators – make into a contest by putting characters in stars instead of names and see how many they can match with author/illustrator
· Make quilt (paper quilt) kids decorate squares when sign up for program
· Gallery of authors – photos in frames
· Giant plastic crayons
· Wallpaper – kids can create
