I am planning the summer reading meeting on April 6 and as usual I want to have some time to share programming ideas, decorating ideas, etc.

In the past these ideas have been written on big sheets of paper, shared that day and then posted on the sig. As of today, time to type all these great ideas is problematic, so I wondered if 7 librarians had laptops with word that they could bring and would be willing to pass around the room to record all the great ideas. (just as we've passed paper in the past.) At the end everything could be copied to a thumb drive. If there's time the documents could be projected and reviewed during the meeting. After the meeting it would take a few minutes to load them all into WebJunction so they would be available for everyone. This would allow us to cut out the time intensive middle step of deciphering and typing.

Thoughts? Volunteers with laptops? I can bring one.
